Thousands of terms. Three calls to make.
One account sent 40% of ad spend to terms it could have negated. The report showed all of them. Nobody had time to read it.

Search-term report with two columns the report doesn't have: what the term means, and the call. Figures from a seller account.

- cat litter box$120.00 · 0 orders · 30 daysNegate
You sell dog products. This term cannot convert for you. Add as a negative exact.
ApproveHold - nike shoes$120.00 · 0 orders · 30 daysConquest
Same $120, zero orders — but it's a competitor's brand term. Keep it as a capped conquest bid; don't negate.
ApproveHold - yeti tumbler$120.00 · 0 orders · 30 daysKeep
Same figures again. You are Yeti — this is your brand term. Leave it alone.
ApproveHold
Identical figures on all three rows. A rules-based tool negates all three; a colleague reads them.
Same numbers. Three different calls.
A report ranks by ACoS and negates the worst. Sailomi reads the term against your listing first.
Reads what the term means
“cat litter box” when you sell dog products is irrelevant. “nike shoes” is a competitor. “yeti tumbler” is you. Same $120, zero orders — three different calls.
Checks the term against your listing
“sleeping bag for kids” at 58.7% ACoS looks like a term to cut. The title omits “kids”. Fix the listing, keep the term.
Tells a term problem from a listing problem
The report says a term is expensive. It can't say why. Sailomi reads the term against the listing first, then decides which side to fix.
Hands the judgment back when the data can't decide
Raise bid, or raise budget? Higher slot at a higher CPC, or same ACoS with more volume. The trade-off is laid out; the call is yours.
Is it a term problem, or a listing problem?
The report says a term is expensive. It can't say why. When the data can't decide, the call comes back to you.
ACoS says cut it. The title omits “kids”. Fix the listing, keep the term.
ACoS is 13.7%, well under breakeven, and the $26k cap is binding. My best guess: raise the budget first — same ACoS, more volume. A bid raise buys a higher slot at a higher CPC, and whether conversion holds up there is something the data can't answer. That part I won't decide for you.
| Bid ↑ | Higher slot. Higher CPC. Conversion unknown. |
| Budget ↑ | Same ACoS. More volume. |

Questions Amazon sellers ask first.
How is this different from a search term report?
The report ranks rows by spend and ACoS. It can't tell you that "yeti tumbler" is your own brand and "nike shoes" is a competitor. We read the meaning, then route each term differently.
Will it negate keywords automatically?
No. It proposes; you approve. Every action is reversible and logged.
Do I need Walmart too?
No. Amazon and Walmart are separate products on separate permissions. Take either one alone.
Does authorizing cause account linking?
No. Official Amazon Ads API OAuth — an approved scope, no password, no linking.
