Terms of Service

Sailomi is a keyword-decision analysis tool for Amazon Sponsored Products advertising. It reads the advertising and search-term data you provide or authorize, performs analysis, and returns recommendations that you approve before deciding whether to act on them.

The Service provides analysis and decision support and does not guarantee any advertising results, sales, or return on investment. Final advertising decisions are yours to make and own. Unless you explicitly authorize and approve each action, the Service does not change your advertising account automatically. The Service is currently in private beta and features may change.

Using the Service requires an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to use the Service on behalf of the seller(s) you serve.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Aside from beta/free plans, paid plans are billed for the selected period (e.g. monthly or annual).

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access already paid for is unaffected.
• If prices change, we will notify you before the change takes effect by email or in-app notice.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

If you choose to connect Amazon data, the Service obtains it through Amazon's official SP-API / Ads API OAuth authorization. We do not obtain your password and do not log into your Seller Central on your behalf. You can revoke authorization on Amazon's side at any time. Our handling of Amazon data follows Amazon's Acceptable Use and data protection policies.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, not to upload data you are not authorized to process, and not to interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.

The Service and its software, interfaces, and content are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of the data you upload and grant us a limited license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty as to advertising results, data accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Everything the Service outputs is a recommendation you should apply with your own judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service; our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will give notice of material changes. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time; if you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
