Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for Sailomi (operated by Sailomi LLC). Making a purchase means you have read and agree to this policy.
1. Subscription & auto-renewal
Paid plans are subscriptions billed for the selected period (monthly or annual) and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
2. Refund window
For a first-time subscription, if you are not satisfied you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. We will refund to your original payment method within a reasonable time after review.
3. Renewals & cancellation
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; the period already paid for remains usable until it ends.
- Completed renewal charges are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or under Section 4 — please cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
4. Exceptions
If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, or a duplicate/erroneous charge occurs, contact us and we will review and refund or compensate as appropriate.
5. How to request a refund
Email zhuang@sailomi.com with your account email and order details. We typically respond within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; timing depends on Stripe and your card issuer / payment channel.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — it is usually faster than a bank chargeback. Abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
