Privacy Policy

• Account information: registration email, login credentials, and your organization/tenant details.
• Data you upload or authorize: Amazon advertising and search-term reports, and advertising/product data obtained via official APIs with your authorization.
• Usage data: logs, activity records, and basic device/browser information needed to run and meter the Service.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.

To provide and improve the analysis service, authenticate you and isolate tenants, meter usage and bill, safeguard security, and communicate with you within the scope you consent to.

Your data is stored on overseas compliant cloud nodes(the data plane lives in overseas regions) with encryption in transit and at rest. For data obtained via the Amazon API, we follow Amazon's data protection policies: it is used only to provide the Service to you, never sold, and not used for unrelated purposes, with retention and deletion handled per policy.

We use a small number of trusted third parties that process data only as needed to run the Service:

• Supabase (US region) — authentication and data storage.
• Azure OpenAI — large-language-model capabilities for semantic analysis and natural-language expression.
• Stripe — payment processing.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We use necessary cookies to maintain your login session and protect security. We do not use them for cross-site advertising tracking.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and as required by law. You may request export or deletion of your data by email, and we will process it within a reasonable time. After you revoke Amazon authorization, related data stops updating and is cleaned up per policy.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw authorization you previously granted. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use encryption, access controls, and tenant isolation to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your credentials safe.

The Service is intended for business users and not for anyone under 18; we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this Policy and will give notice of material changes in-app or by email.
